Blue Bird Day, a leading specialized intensive pediatric therapeutic day program, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate clinic-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Department Lead / Supervisor to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists in Chicago, IL. About the Role

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Department Lead / Supervisor at Blue Bird Day, you will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children ages 2-7 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. You'll foster each child's cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth through:

  • Developing individualized and group therapy treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
  • Providing caregiver education and family support
  • Supervising and mentoring RBTs during ABA therapy sessions
  • Collaborating daily with occupational, physical, speech therapists, and social workers
  • Providing mentorship, clinical guidance, and performance feedback to BCBAs to ensure consistency in care delivery and growth

Compensation & Benefits

  • $7,500 Sign-On Bonus
  • Competitive Salary: $80,000-$85,000
