Odyssey Autism
Guiding little Heroes on their BIG adventures!

Full-Time | On-Site | Arizona

About Odyssey Autism

At Odyssey Autism, our mission is to guide little heroes on their big adventures by providing individualized, evidence-based ABA therapy, creating safe and supportive spaces for every child’s journey, and being an unwavering partner for families.

We’re a BCBA-led organization built on more than just clinical excellence—we’re built on purpose. Our values are the compass that guides our work every day:

  • Own Your Role – We take accountability for outcomes and celebrate every win
  • Defend the Fellowship – We operate as one team, supporting and uplifting each other
  • Yearn for Excellence – We continuously grow, learn, and refine our craft
  • Show Up Steadfast – We are consistent, reliable, and present for every client
  • Yell “You’ve Got This!” – We empower families as the most important guide in their child’s journey

About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate, in-person Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team.

This is more than a caseload—it’s an opportunity to lead clinical care, mentor others, and make a lasting impact on children and families while working in an environment that truly supports you.

You’ll be part of a team that values structure, strong clinical leadership, and real collaboration—not just checking boxes, but delivering meaningful care.

What This Role Represents

As a BCBA at Odyssey Autism, you will:

  • Own Your Role by driving clinical outcomes and taking responsibility for your caseload
  • Defend the Fellowship by mentoring RBTs and contributing to a strong team culture
  • Yearn for Excellence by continuously improving your clinical decision-making
  • Show Up Steadfast by providing consistent, high-quality care to every client
  • Yell “You’ve Got This!” by empowering and guiding families with confidence and compassion

What You'll Be Doing (On-Site)

  • Manage a caseload with 27 billable hours per week
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs and BTs
  • Lead caregiver training and parent support sessions
  • Collaborate in clinical meetings and team huddles
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with BACB and company standards

Compensation & Schedule

Salary: $90,000 – $105,000 annually (based on experience)
Bonus Opportunities: Available for exceeding billable expectations

Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday
  • Flexible daytime hours (8:30 AM – 4:30 PM Arizona time)
  • No weekends

Benefits

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) (after 90 days)
  • 10 PTO days + 8 paid holidays
  • Free CEUs and ongoing professional development
  • Tools and technology to support your work
  • A responsive, clinician-led leadership team

Who We're Looking For

  • Certified BCBA with active (or eligible) Arizona LBA license
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working independently while staying team-oriented
  • A clinician who values ethics, outcomes, and relationships
  • In-person ABA experience preferred, but not required

Why Odyssey Autism

We believe great clinical outcomes start with supported clinicians. That means realistic expectations, strong leadership, and a culture where you’re valued—not burned out.

Here, you’re not just doing a job—you’re helping guide a child’s journey.
