Job Duties and Responsibilities

Must live in greater Philadelphia area

 

This role addresses the challenge of driving consistent sales performance and brand integrity across a diverse retail territory. Success depends on overcoming market fragmentation through hands-on coaching and the strategic implementation of localized marketing campaigns. The primary focus involves bridging the gap between corporate sales targets and frontline execution to ensure every retail point maximizes its revenue potential through expert consultation.

 

What Success Looks Like (Objectives)

  • Exceed territory sales quotas by implementing data-driven performance plans and conducting side-by-side selling sessions with retail representatives.

  • Enhance brand visibility and customer experience by enforcing brand standards and optimizing marketing campaign execution at every retail point.

  • Resolve customer and operational escalations promptly as the primary point of contact to maintain high levels of consumer satisfaction and partner trust.

  • Expand the retail footprint by identifying and securing new points of distribution through the leverage of local market insights and real estate networks.

  • Improve store owner profitability by providing expert-level business counseling and performance communication.

  • Optimize territory management efficiency by leveraging AI-powered sales analytics to interpret market trends and prioritize high-impact store visits.


Skills, Experience and Requirements

Core Skills and Competencies (What you’ll bring)

  • Critical experience in wireless retail sales and account management, demonstrating a history of driving revenue growth in high-pressure environments.

  • Advanced proficiency in sales coaching and relationship development, with a proven ability to influence store owners and frontline staff through role-playing and training.

  • Strategic business planning capabilities and the professional expertise to manage vendor and contract relationships effectively.

  • AI Literacy, specifically the ability to use predictive analytics and productivity tools to automate reporting and identify underperforming market segments.

  • Expert-level knowledge of mobile products and services combined with a strong aptitude for solving complex logistical and customer service problems.

  • Exceptional time management and prioritization skills to balance daily store visits, performance calls, and real-time escalations simultaneously.

Additional Qualifications

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and four years related work experience (or eight years related work experience post-high school).

  • 4 years of sales and/or account management experience.

  • Wireless product or service sales.

  • Training, relationship development, and planning.

  • Contract or vendor relationship management.

  • Valid driver’s license and a clean three-year active driving history.

**Position includes a commission potential of $20,000 at 100% of hitting performance goals above base salary**

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $49,200.00/Year - $70,300.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
