The professional spends time identifying the needs of customers and stakeholders, envisioning future improvements or solutions that enhance business performance. Gathering and synthesizing relevant information from various sources is a key part of the daily routine, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning to support organizational growth and efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business objectives and technology solutions.
- Document and communicate business requirements clearly to stakeholders and technical teams.
- Support the development and implementation of process improvements based on analysis findings.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster their professional growth.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between business units and technical teams.
- Ability to conduct thorough research and synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
- Experience in mapping current state processes and designing future state solutions.
- Familiarity with tools and techniques for business process modeling and documentation.

- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
