As a Business Analyst, your day involves thoroughly examining the structure and operations of an organization to understand how its processes and systems function together. You will evaluate the existing business model and its alignment with technological solutions, identifying areas for improvement. Your role includes gathering detailed information from various sources, analyzing customer needs, and envisioning future business states or solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of requirements and seamless integration of business and technology is a key aspect of your daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate business requirements.
- Document and communicate business processes and workflows clearly to stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of business solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Ability to synthesize complex information and present it in a clear, concise manner.
- Experience in process mapping and documentation to support business transformation initiatives.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).
- This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
