As a Business Analyst, a typical day involves examining the structure and operations of an organization to understand how its processes and systems function together. This role requires evaluating the existing business model and how it aligns with technological solutions. The day includes identifying the needs of customers, envisioning improved future states or solutions, and conducting thorough research to collect and integrate relevant information. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the business environment is also a key part of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate business requirements.
- Document and communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
- Support the development and implementation of business process improvements.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations to facilitate decision-making.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Life Sciences R&D.
- Good To Have Skills: Business Process Modeling, Life Sciences Industry.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex business processes and systems.
- Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources to support business decisions.
- Experience in mapping and designing business workflows and process documentation.
- Effective communication skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Life Sciences R&D.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
