The professional spends time identifying the needs of customers and stakeholders, envisioning future improvements or solutions, and gathering relevant information from various sources to support informed decision-making. Collaboration and detailed analysis are key aspects of the daily routine, ensuring that the organization s goals and technology strategies are effectively integrated and aligned.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Architecture.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between stakeholders and technical teams.
- Ability to synthesize complex information and present clear, actionable insights.
- Experience in designing and documenting business models and workflows.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Business Architecture.
- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ location.
