Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our international project team. What you'll do Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements from stakeholders. Translate business needs into well-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria. Create and maintain business process flows and functional documentation. Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, Technical Leads, and Project Managers to ensure successful project delivery. Support requirement validation throughout the software development lifecycle. Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives. Contribute to continuous improvement of business analysis practices and documentation standards. What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Strong experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, and clarification. Hands-on experience writing user stories with acceptance criteria. Experience creating business process flows and maintaining clear project documentation. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Strong English communication skills. Nice to have Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Experience using Azure DevOps or similar work management tools. Experience collaborating with international and cross-functional teams. Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
