Position Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst who will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that requirements are clearly captured, documented, and delivered to expectations. You will collaborate closely with a diverse set of stakeholders, including, business owners, product team, technical team to deeply understand business needs, map existing workflows, and identify opportunities for improvement. Your ability to navigate complex, cross-functional environments and translate business intent into actionable requirements will be critical in bridging the gap between business vision and technical implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Convert high-level EPICs into detailed, actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate story writing sessions and sprint planning by asking insightful questions to bring clarity around complex requirements.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure requirements are well understood and implementation aligns with business goals.
Must Have Skills:
- 4–6 years of total work experience
- Strong analytical skills to define requirements, identify milestones, and establish success metrics
- Conversant with Project Lifecycle and approaches, especially Agile
- Asks insightful questions during sprint planning & leads story writing sessions to provide clarity around complex requirements
- Proficient in Azure devops/Jira – creating stories, linking dependencies, managing tasks, and tracking progress
- Ability to break down EPICs into well-defined user stories and detailed requirement documents
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – capable of engaging with business users, technical teams, and senior stakeholders
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional time management skills
- A self-starter with a "can-do" attitude, strong work ethics
- Open-minded, energetic, and passionate about turning business needs into deliverable outcomes
Preferred Skills:
- Domain knowledge or prior experience in Property Management
- Exposure to working with third-party product vendors and integrating external applications
- Familiarity with SMS workflows, automation testing, multi agent systems, multi-model platforms
