Responsibilities

• Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Partner with IT Risk leadership, risk owners, control owners, and business stakeholders to gather and document reporting requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to define business needs, Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), management metrics, and reporting objectives.
  • Document business requirements, business processes, data definitions, metric calculations, and reporting standards.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for reporting and dashboard development.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure reporting solutions align with business objectives.

• Power BI Development & Reporting

   

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.

  • Create executive, operational, and regulatory reporting solutions.

  • Develop data models, DAX calculations, KPIs, scorecards, trend analyses, and drill-through capabilities.

  • Optimize report performance, usability, accessibility, and user experience.

  • Develop self-service reporting solutions for business users.

• Risk Data Analytics

   

  • Analyze and report on data from ServiceNow, SharePoint, SQL Server, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) platforms, Audit systems, and Issue Management systems.

  • Develop reporting for Risk Appetite Metrics, Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), Control Effectiveness, Issue & Action Plan Tracking, Audit Findings, Operational Risk Trends, and Cybersecurity & Technology Risk Metrics.

• Data Governance & Quality

   

  • Validate data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across reporting sources.

  • Develop and maintain data dictionaries, business definitions, and reporting standards.

  • Partner with data and application teams to resolve data quality issues.

  • Ensure reporting consistency, governance, and traceability across enterprise data sources.

• Executive Reporting

   

  • Create dashboards and scorecards for executive leadership, governance committees, and risk management teams.

  • Provide analytical insights, trend analysis, and reporting recommendations.

  • Support board-level, executive, and enterprise risk reporting.

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of Business Analysis, Reporting, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Power BI dashboard and report development experience.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong experience with Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, Power Query, SQL, and data modeling.
• Experience working with large datasets and multiple enterprise data sources.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

Desired:

• Experience supporting IT Risk, Operational Risk, Cybersecurity, Audit, Compliance, or Governance organizations.
• Knowledge of risk management frameworks and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
• Experience with ServiceNow reporting and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) platforms.
• Experience working with Azure, SQL Server, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 data sources.
• Experience developing executive dashboards, scorecards, and management reporting.
• Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate certification or other relevant Microsoft certifications.
