In this role, you'll partner with <strong>Product, Customer Support, GTM, Finance, and Data/BI</strong> teams to deliver scalable analytics solutions that drive smarter business decisions across the organization.<br>This is a broad business-facing analytics role, designed to support multiple business domains based on evolving company priorities. You'll combine analytical thinking, business acumen, and technical expertise to transform data into actionable insights, build scalable reporting solutions, and enable data-driven decision-making across the company.<br>We're looking for someone with a strong understanding of SaaS business metrics, excellent communication skills, and a passion for leveraging <strong>Generative AI and modern analytics tools</strong> to improve business processes, automate workflows, and accelerate insight generation.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br><strong>Business Analytics &amp; Insights</strong></div> <ul> <li>Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable analytics solutions.</li> <li>Build reports, dashboards, and KPIs that support operational and strategic decision-making across <strong>Product, Customer Support, GTM, Finance</strong>, and other business functions.</li> <li>Analyze business performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.</li> <li>Develop a deep understanding of business processes and proactively identify opportunities where data and analytics can improve operational efficiency and decision-making.</li> <li>Translate complex data into clear business insights and executive-ready presentations.</li> <li>Perform ad-hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and business priorities.</li> </ul> <div><strong>Data &amp; Analytics Operations</strong></div> <ul> <li>Use <strong>SQL</strong> and <strong>Snowflake</strong> to extract, transform, and analyze business data.</li> <li>Design and maintain end-to-end dashboards using <strong>Tableau</strong> (preferred) or similar BI visualization tools.</li> <li>Partner with <strong>Data Engineering and BI</strong> teams to improve data models, reporting infrastructure, and data quality.</li> <li>Leverage <strong>Generative AI and automation tools</strong> to improve analytical workflows, accelerate insight generation, and empower business users.</li> <li>Continuously identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and analytical methodologies.</li> </ul> <div><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong></div> <ul> <li>Serve as a trusted analytics partner across Product, Customer Support, GTM, Finance, and additional business teams.</li> <li>Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to establish consistent KPIs, reporting standards, and analytics best practices.</li> <li>Present insights and recommendations to leadership, supporting informed decision-making across the organization.</li> </ul> <div><br><strong>Requirements</strong></div> <ul> <li><strong>3+ years</strong> of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Commercial Analyst, or similar analytical role in a <strong>SaaS or software company</strong>.</li> <li>Strong business orientation and understanding of <strong>SaaS business models and key performance metrics</strong>.</li> <li>Familiarity with one or more business domains such as <strong>GTM, Product, Customer Support, Finance, or Customer Success</strong> is an advantage.</li> <li>Advanced proficiency in <strong>SQL</strong> and experience working with <strong>Snowflake</strong> or similar cloud data platforms.</li> <li>Experience building dashboards using <strong>Tableau</strong> (preferred) or similar BI visualization tools.</li> <li>Excellent analytical, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate insights to technical and business audiences.</li> <li>Demonstrated passion for leveraging <strong>Generative AI and modern AI tools</strong> to enhance business analysis, automate workflows, and improve decision-making.</li> <li>Experience collaborating with cross-functional business teams, Finance, and Data/BI organizations.</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.</li> </ul> <div><br><strong>Preferred</strong></div> <ul> <li>Experience working in a fast-growing or large-scale SaaS organization.</li> <li>Familiarity with <strong>dbt</strong> or similar data transformation frameworks.</li> <li>Experience implementing AI-powered analytics or automation solutions.</li> <li>Experience supporting Product, Customer Support, GTM, Finance, or Customer Success organizations.</li> </ul>
