<p><strong>BUSINESS ANALYST</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Important Information</strong></p> <p><strong>Location: Singapore</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>ROLE &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p> <p><strong>Business Analyst experience in data-intensive projects</strong> – Hands-on experience gathering requirements, translating BRDs into functional specs, managing stakeholder discussions, and supporting delivery lifecycle.</p> <p><strong>GRC Domain Knowledge</strong> – Understanding of Risks, Controls, Compliance, Regulations, and governance frameworks.</p> <p><strong>Data Relationship Mapping &amp; Data Modeling</strong> – Ability to create ERDs, data flow diagrams, define cardinality, and map relationships between entities.</p> <p><strong>SQL &amp; Data Analysis</strong> – Strong SQL capability for profiling, validation, analysis, and reconciliation of data</p> <p><strong>Requirements Elaboration &amp; Documentation</strong> – Functional specs, validation rules, data dictionaries, business glossary, lineage documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.</p> <p><strong>Stakeholder Management</strong> – Conduct workshops with SMEs, liaise between business and technical teams, validate requirements and data models.</p> <p><strong>Data Quality &amp; Governance Exposure</strong> – Experience with data quality frameworks, governance processes, metadata, or lineage management.</p> <p><strong>Visualization Tools</strong> – Experience using Tableau or Power BI for reporting or analysis support.</p> <p><strong>ServiceNow / GRC Tools</strong> – Exposure to ServiceNow GRC or similar governance platforms.</p> <p><strong>Soft Skills &amp; Delivery Mindset</strong> – Ownership, proactive attitude, ability to work independently in fast-paced environments, strong communication.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About Encora</strong></p> <p>Encora is a global company that offers Software and Digital Engineering solutions.
