Solutioning & Delivery Map customer‘s / prospect’s requirements and propose solution(s) from within our offerings Improve sales effectiveness through domain expertise, product knowledge, requirements gathering and solution design Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget Pre-sales Preparation Provide details to setup demo portals Support sales efforts by building in-depth expertise on solutions Maintain knowledge of industry trends Work closely with members of the sales team to help them close deals/increase engagement Sales Pitch Ensure successful execution of proof of concept (POC) Deliver and support product demonstration for prospects and clients Requirements gathering and assessment for new projects Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders leading proposal development Operations Support Engage with the sales and operations team in clearly articulating the statement of works (SOWs) for the engagement Provide assistance to the delivery team to understand the context of the situation and any other clarifications they may require to deliver the solution Solution Delivery Coordinate with internal resources for the flawless execution of projects Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility Develop a detailed project plan to track progress Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques Report and escalate to management as needed Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders Perform risk management to minimize project risks Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Requirements Experience 3-5 Years Prior experience in Business development and or a pre-sales role Strong project management skills and a research-oriented approach to sales Experience working with European and US clients would be highly valued Proven work experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent documentation skills – experience creating BRD /FRD is a must Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus Packaging project management experience is a plus
