We believe that we can make big changes happen and improve the daily lives of millions of people by bringing quality software to the federal space.&nbsp;</p> <p>We're looking for a <strong>Business Analyst</strong> to join our team, helping federal programs run smoother by bridging the gap between users, product teams, and engineers.</p> <p><strong>What you'll be doing:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as the connector between product teams, engineers, and end users — triaging requests, resolving issues, and keeping everyone informed</li> <li>Handle incoming requests for help or information and respond clearly and quickly</li> <li>Create and maintain training materials, step-by-step guides, FAQs, and video tutorials to help users help themselves</li> <li>Build and maintain a self-service knowledge base on <strong>SharePoint</strong> and <strong>GitHub</strong></li> <li>Escalate technical issues to the right people and follow through until they're resolved</li> <li>Support configuration and setup tasks as needed</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you’ll bring:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience working between technical and non-technical teams — you know how to translate both ways</li> <li>Strong written communication skills and an eye for clear, useful documentation</li> <li>Experience creating training materials and self-service resources that people actually use</li> <li>Familiarity with <strong>SharePoint</strong> and <strong>GitHub</strong></li> <li>Some exposure to <strong>SQL</strong>, <strong>Python</strong>, or <strong>R</strong> is a plus</li> <li>Experience with Human-Centered Design principles is a plus</li> <li>Comfortable working in an <strong>Agile</strong> environment</li> <li>Thrives in a remote, collaborative environment and genuinely enjoys helping people solve problems</li> <li>Communicates clearly and openly, whether writing a user guide or jumping on a call to untangle a tricky issue</li> <li>Performs other related duties as assigned</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. In alignment with state legal requirements. A range for the included position is listed below. Be advised, actual offer details are determined by job category, job location, and candidate skill level.</p> <p>United States Wage Range: $85,000 – $110,000</p>
