The Role
We’re looking for a Business Analyst with 2–3+ years of experience who enjoys working with data to solve real business problems. This role blends hands-on data analysis with business strategy, giving you exposure to how performance marketing, customer acquisition, and revenue generation operate at scale.
You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to analyze performance, identify trends, and help guide decisions that directly impact growth.

Key Responsibilities



  • Analyze large datasets using SQL and Excel to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor business performance and KPIs
  • Support data-driven decision making across marketing, operations, and business teams
  • Work with messy, real-world datasets to clean, structure, and extract meaningful insights
  • Assist in identifying performance drivers and areas for optimization
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business questions and translate them into analytical solutions
  • Contribute to building scalable reporting processes and improving data workflows



What We’re Looking For



  • 2–3 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or analytics-related roles
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation)
  • Experience working with large or complex datasets
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
  • Basic experience with Python or similar tools is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to think critically about data
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
