We are looking for analysts who enjoy evolutionary support while ensuring a successful task deployment of each software product's features.   Role responsibilities  As a Business Analyst, you create and maintain close relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring the engagement of the team and the client’s main profiles to drive results, demonstrating excellent planning skills, communication, and commitment. You will take responsibility for analyzing system complexities, product/service use cases, and organizing detailed specifications on how the product/service is developed by engineering teams. Also being involved in all project stages, from discovery to post-implementation support, ensuring collaboration between business, strategy, experience design, and technology for a clear product understanding.  As a trusted advisor to our clients, you will be the backlog owner, creating detailed requirements (business rules & functional specifications) by gathering all necessary information, defining acceptance criteria, carrying out functional testing, ensuring the expected performance of the solution, and conducting functional testing. You are responsible for estimating work with the team, leading ceremonies, tracking scope progress vs. time consumed, and proactively reporting and raising issues, providing recommendations to the product team.  You are open to continuous learning from senior professionals and interacting with other work cells to improve effectiveness and autonomy.  Must have qualifications  We want all new hires to succeed in their roles at Valtech.
