It requires detailed analysis, review and documentation of all or part of a business in terms of business functions and processes in order to document the business requirements which are to be delivered by the technology team. The BA will manage the requirement development process for a transformation project through elicitation, analysis, specification and verification of multiple levels of requirements (business, stakeholder, solution).
