Join our Qrew! </div>We are seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Business Analyst / Specialist to support business insight and reporting initiatives across EQT’s Midstream and Growth Programs, including Engineering, Construction, Operations, Compliance, Growth, and Control Center. This role will serve as a key link between business operations, data analytics, and technology teams—developing actionable insights, enhancing reporting capabilities, and advancing EQT’s culture of data literacy and continuous improvement.   The Business Analyst / Specialist responsibilities include but are not limited to: Business Insights & Reporting <ul> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards, scorecards, and reports to support. strategic and operational decision-making across Midstream programs.</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Partner with business leaders to translate requirements into data models, KPIs, and analytical frameworks that measure performance and progress against goals.</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Lead data validation and governance efforts to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency across systems and business units.</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Support integration and enhancement of EQT’s BI platforms and related enterprise reporting environments.</li> </ul> Cross-Functional Support <ul> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Collaborate closely with teams in Engineering, Construction, Operations, Compliance, Growth, and Control Center Programs to align insights with business needs.</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Support financial, operational, and engineering teams with ad-hoc analytics and scenario modeling to inform investment and operational decisions.</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Assist in identifying trends, risks, and opportunities across asset portfolios through advanced data analysis and visualization.</li> </ul> Process and Capability Development <ul> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Drive development of BI and reporting competencies within the business by training and mentoring team members on data tools, visualization techniques, and best practices.</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Champion a data-driven culture, fostering collaboration between field, engineering, finance, and IT stakeholders.</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Support the evolution of EQT’s Digital Work Environment (DWE) by aligning reporting solutions with enterprise systems and data standards.</li> </ul> Strategic and Project Support <ul> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Provide analytical and project management support for strategic initiatives, including digital transformation, system optimization, and operational excellence programs.</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Partner with IT and Digital teams on BI roadmap initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and data integration priorities.</li> </ul>     Required Experience and Skills: <ul> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field required.</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">3–7+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or operational analysis within the energy, utilities, or midstream sector preferred.</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Demonstrated experience supporting cross-functional business operations through analytics and reporting.</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Proficiency with Power BI, Spotfire, Tableau, or similar visualization tools; experience with Salesforce highly preferred.</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Proficiency with Python and R.</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Strong understanding of data modeling, SQL querying, and report automation.</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Strong understanding of machine learning and large language models.</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Familiarity with data warehouse concepts, ETL processes, and enterprise data governance.</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Experience working with pipeline operations, asset management, or systems planning data is a plus.</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Proven ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Passion for continuous learning, collaboration, and driving data-driven transformation.</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">You can tell a story with data — translating technical findings into clear, compelling insights for business audiences.</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working across teams at all levels of the organization.</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Occasional travel may be required.</li> </ul>     Remote work is being considered for this role excluding the following states:  California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, and Tennessee unless willing to relocate.<div class="content-conclusion"> Selected incumbent will be placed into the position that best suits their abilities and experience level.
