Job Description

We are looking for a data-driven and user-focused Business Analyst - Commercial to enhance sales efficiency, commercial customer performance, and monetization effectiveness across our ecosystem.

What you will do

Monitor and improve sales operations systems, including dashboards, CRM, call center, and workflow protocols.
Track sales team performance and prepare regular reports with key insights, risks, and recommendations.
Monitor commercial customer performance and proactively flag issues that may affect service quality or revenue.
Collect feedback from the sales team and track competitor activities to support product and business improvements.
Manage setup and delivery of add-on services such as logos, banners, and promotions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Handle sales documentation and coordinate customer payment tracking with Legal and Finance teams.
Support ad hoc analyses and projects assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

University graduate with a minimum of 2 years of experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail; you are comfortable working with large datasets and complex business logic.
Solid business understanding of digital products and commercial models, especially in marketplaces or subscription/advertising-based businesses.
User-focused mindset and a strong “can do” attitude, willing to dive into both data and operations to solve problems end to end.
Good data processing skills and familiarity with tools such as SQL, BigQuery, and data visualization platforms (Looker Studio, Data Studio, Tableau, or PowerBI); ability to translate data into clear business insights and actions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team structure under time pressure, managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with Sales, Commercial, Product, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams.
