Now executing an "AI-first" strategy, the organization has launched a dedicated institute for applied AI and quantum computing to drive productivity and deliver hyper-personalized digital experiences for millions of global customers.</p> <h3>What You’ll Do</h3> <ul> <li>Serve as a subject matter expert in Commodities trading environments</li> <li>Support front-office trading workflows and operational processes across commodities businesses</li> <li>Partner closely with trading desks and stakeholders to support day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives</li> <li>Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from traders and key stakeholders</li> <li>Clearly articulate scope, assumptions, dependencies, and functional requirements</li> <li>Analyze the impact of upstream and downstream systems on business processes and workflows</li> <li>Support process mapping, workflow analysis, and functional documentation initiatives</li> <li>Collaborate with technology teams to identify and drive system enhancements supporting commodities trading activities</li> <li>Work closely with developers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly</li> <li>Support solution deployment activities and ensure successful adoption by business users</li> <li>Participate in project planning, delivery coordination, and production readiness activities</li> <li>Conduct data analysis to provide insights supporting trading operations and risk management activities</li> <li>Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize business processes and operational outcomes</li> <li>Support reporting, reconciliation, and operational analysis initiatives</li> <li>Partner closely with traders and stakeholders to support seamless operations and regulatory compliance</li> <li>Manage change requests and support structured change management processes</li> <li>Facilitate communication between business and technology teams throughout the project lifecycle</li> <li>Participate in testing activities including test planning, test case execution, and defect coordination</li> <li>Collaborate closely with business users during UAT to ensure solutions meet business requirements</li> <li>Support quality assurance efforts to ensure high-quality, production-ready deliverables</li> </ul> <h3>What You Bring</h3> <ul> <li>Proven experience within Commodities trading environments</li> <li>Strong understanding of banking and Capital Markets products and services related to Commodities</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to gather, document, and manage business requirements</li> <li>Experience supporting trading workflows, operational processes, and system enhancements</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, traders, and cross-functional stakeholders</li> <li>Experience with Openlink Endur is a strong asset</li> <li>Experience supporting testing, QA, and UAT activities is preferred</li> <li>Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on high-quality deliverables</li> <li>Self-starter who thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments</li> </ul> <h3>Nice to have</h3> <ul> <li>Experience working within front-office trading environments</li> <li>Exposure to complex trading system integrations and data flows</li> <li>Prior experience supporting UAT within Capital Markets or Commodities platforms</li> <li>Experience working within enterprise trading technology transformation initiatives</li> </ul> <h3>English level</h3> <p>Upper-Intermediate</p> <h3>Legal &amp; Hiring Information</h3> <ul> <li>Exadel is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to inclusion across minority, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, and more</li> <li>Reasonable accommodations are available to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions</li> <li>Please note: this job description is not exhaustive.
