<p><strong>About the role:</strong></p>
<p>As the Business Analyst, you will work closely with the team’s Senior Product Manager and engineers, ensuring the product is “built right” with any technical risks or tactical options being shared with the PM for appropriate decision-making. </p>

<p><strong>How you will add value:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Understand the problems or opportunities that we need to solve with our products</li>
<li>Communicate progress and impacts to various stakeholders</li>
<li>Design process flow diagrams or service blueprints</li>
<li>Write user stories and associated acceptance criteria</li>
<li>Ensure that requirements are understood by the team through story kick-offs and constant communication</li>
<li>Communicate any requirement dependencies, issues or risks identified through the analysis process</li>
<li>Participate in estimation sessions by describing the requirements and clarifying any questions raised</li>
<li>Assist in preparing training materials, user guides and continuously contribute to enhancing documentation</li>
<li>Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, drafting user stories, generating process flow diagrams, summarising stakeholder interviews, and producing first-pass documentation that you then refine</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to embed AI into hipages workflows (e.g. agent-assisted Service tasks, AI-augmented Salesforce processes) and translate them into well-scoped requirements</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>About you:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>3+ years of Business Analyst experience, Technology, Design roles or similar digital experience</li>
<li>Experience with Salesforce or alternate CRM systems</li>
<li>Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Looker or Tableau is desirable</li>
<li>A data-driven approach to product management and being comfortable working with a data analyst to extract insights to support production issues</li>
<li>Ability to translate end-user requirements into technical requirements for Engineers</li>
<li>Ability to effectively communicate with non-technical stakeholders who are from a non-technical background</li>
<li>Comfortable using AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) for SQL drafting, schema exploration, and translating engineering output for non-technical audiences</li>
<li>Able to evaluate AI-generated output critically, spotting hallucinations, validating against source data, and knowing when human verification is required</li>
<li>Experience in working with cross-functional teams </li>
