The ideal candidate demonstrates a solution-focused approach, exceptional attention to detail, and a strong sense of accountability for assigned tasks and projects. The role involves consulting with stakeholders, product teams, and platform engineers to ensure the effective implementation of Salesforce and related technology solutions addressing complex business challenges.</span></p>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Works closely with project team through full project lifecycle, supporting creation of project plan, status reporting, issue tracking and resolution, and project closure.</span></li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Support development through functional testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing, and validation of process and user experience improvements.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Provide tier-2 support for Salesforce-related questions, issues, products, and processes, as needed.</span></li>

<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">2+ years in an Information Technology role, focusing on business analysis, solution design, Salesforce support, or CRM enhancement delivery.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Preferred experience within financial services, wealth management, advisor operations, or related client service workflows.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Preferred experience with Salesforce, including requirements gathering, testing, user support, reporting, configuration support, or enhancement delivery; experience with Workday or Asana is a plus.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to translate business needs and user pain points into clear requirements that improve process efficiency and user experience.</span></li>

The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between <strong>$80,000-$110,000</strong>. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. </span></p>
