What We're Looking For:
Business Analysts act as advisors to the business and support sound decision making through the use of data driven insights, coupled with strong business acumen. They work with stakeholders to understand business challenges, design queries and reports to understand root cause, and advise and consult with leadership to implement solutions.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Designs reports analyzing data from one or multiple systems to specifications of business stakeholders
- Analyzes root quality issues and reviews recommendations with more senior staff for resolution
- Demonstrates basic understanding of KPIs, team roles, and business processes
- Demonstrates awareness of company data architecture and relationships
- Demonstrates understanding of cloud data warehouse solutions (e.g. BigQuery) / data transformation tools (e.g. Databricks). Supports data visualization platforms (BI tools)
- Works with prebuilt queries in data transformation tools / cloud data warehouse solutions under supervision
- Maintains data quality and governance in assigned systems
- Validate data and ensure reporting consistency
- Performs basic analyses according to specifications and business team requests
- Build dashboards using data visualization platforms (BI tools) with already created data models
- Works under supervision of senior analysts, follows established procedures and review cycles
Key Skills and Competencies
- Can synthesize complex data into themes, stories and recommendations
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic systems knowledge in assigned functional area
- Basic Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Basic presentation skills required. Some formal training in public speaking / presentation skills preferred

Minimum Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree - Equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree

Pay Range:
$61,040.00 - $91,560.00 AnnualIncentive Compensation:
In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 5% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
