As our Business Analyst (gn) – Order to Cash, you will analyze, optimize and help shape our end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes. Then we'd love to meet you. <h3> </h3> <h3>Your mission</h3> <ul> <li>You develop, implement and continuously improve our end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes together with the Director Commercial Operations Order to Cash</li> <li>You drive multiple process and transformation workstreams while ensuring successful implementation and sustainable process improvements</li> <li>You analyze existing processes, identify optimization opportunities and translate findings into practical solutions</li> <li>You collaborate with cross-functional teams to design efficient SAP-supported business processes across the entire Order-to-Cash lifecycle</li> <li>You support the integration of Master Data Management into our future Order-to-Cash operating model while establishing clear governance structures</li> <li>You create process documentation, KPIs and operating standards while supporting the successful adoption of new processes</li> </ul>   <h3>Your experience & skills</h3> <ul> <li>You hold a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Supply Chain, Finance or a comparable qualification</li> <li>You have several years of experience in Order-to-Cash, Business Process Management, Commercial Operations or Process Excellence</li> <li>You bring solid SAP experience, ideally covering Sales Order Management, Master Data, Pricing and Billing</li> <li>You have experience driving process improvements, transformation initiatives and cross-functional collaboration</li> <li>You combine strong analytical thinking with a structured, hands-on and solution-oriented mindset</li> <li>You communicate confidently in both German and English and enjoy working with international stakeholders</li> </ul>   <h3>Why choose us?</h3>   Being part of our team means joining a high-performing company with a diverse and inclusive culture.
