Key Roles and Responsibilities

Solution Discovery & Design
Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and architects to shape solution approaches for business problems.
Translate business needs into clear product capabilities, workflows, and technical requirements.
Participate in solution design discussions to ensure business requirements are technically feasible and scalable.
Contribute to system design and business architecture discussions.
Builder Collaboration
Work closely with business stakeholders, builders and engineering teams to break down features into implementable user stories and tasks.
Facilitate requirement discovery sessions, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.
Clarify business rules, edge cases, and integration scenarios during development cycles.
Product Development Support
Support development and QA teams by validating requirements, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
Ensure product capabilities align with customer experience and business objectives.
Assist in the development of new client interfaces and integrations, while supporting maintenance and enhancements of existing systems.
Requirements & Documentation
Capture and maintain requirements in structured artifacts such as user stories, workflows, and functional specifications.
Ensure product documentation is organized, traceable, and accessible across teams.
Maintain backlog hygiene and requirement traceability.

Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities to improve product functionality, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
