Business Analyst – Indirect Tax Reporting (m/f)

How you will contribute
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all Indirect Taxes deliverables performed by external providers across assigned regions and countries.
- Ensure full compliance with applicable country jurisdictions and the company's indirect tax policy.
- Collaborate with external service providers to create and maintain a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) calendar for Indirect Taxes deliverables, based on statutory deadlines and agreed review rules.
- Facilitate and support the timely provision of necessary inputs and reviews from internal stakeholders within the organization.
- Monitor and review the timeliness of Indirect Taxes reporting to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Lead Service Level Agreement (SLA) governance and operational calls with service providers.
- Oversee the day-to-day execution of indirect tax processes by external providers, ensuring required accuracy levels are maintained.
- Follow up on corrective measures and implement improvements as needed to address any issues or discrepancies.
What you will bring
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: University Degree in Finance.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience working in Finance/Taxes, preferably within a multinational company with multi-country scope.
- Communication: Strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of interacting effectively with various stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage a variety of topics and engage with stakeholders across different seniority levels.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Strong understanding and knowledge of SAP.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Language: Fluent spoken and written English.

In return for your commitment, drive and enthusiasm, we offer salary starting from 3.200€ plus annual bonus payment based on your performance. The final offer will depend on the skills and previous experience of the candidate. We also offer top attractive benefits.
