The Business Analyst Intern will support IT projects and operations through coordination, communication and structured follow-up. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy collaborating with global teams, organizing information, tracking tasks, and contributing to effective project execution. You will report directly to the IT Project Management Expert, ANZ. You will work on a hybrid mode and based at the PPG UOA Business Park Shah Alam.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support team lead in daily coordination, management activities and stakeholder engagement

  • Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, preparing discussion summaries, maintain work timelines, status report, task trackers and presentations

  • Follow up proactively with responsible parties to ensure completion of tasks

  • Assist in gathering, reviewing, documenting business requirements and IT review board submission.

  • Engage with diverse teams and geographically—including project members, business stakeholders, technical specialists—in their regular work activities.

  • This role reports to the IT Frontline team for the Rest of Asia (ROA) region, within the Corporate IT organization.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursue or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Business Management, Project Management or related fields

  • Written and verbal communication skills in English; proficient in Mandarin an added advantage

  • No prior experience required; internship or academic project experience in business analysis or coordination is preferred

  • Basic understanding of business analysis or project management concepts is an advantage

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); exposure to tools like Copilot, Power BI, MS Project, emerging AI tools is a plus
