We are Sparksoft!</div>ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:  <ul> <li> Collaborate with Product Owners to break down complex business needs into clearly defined epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria that reflect stakeholder objectives.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> Engage with business, operations, and technical stakeholders to elicit and document complete user stories, ensuring readiness for presentation during refinement sessions.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> Maintain thorough and up-to-date project documentation, ensuring traceability from requirements through delivery and closure.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications, ensuring solutions meet both functional needs and strategic goals.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT) by validating delivered features align with business expectations.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analyses, and use data insights to drive continuous product and process enhancements.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> Facilitate Agile ceremonies.</li> </ul> REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:  <ul> <li> 4+ years related Business Analyst experience supporting Agile teams with a track record of successful delivery.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> Strong facilitation, negotiation, and collaboration skills.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and SDLC.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, and standard project documentation practices.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> Exceptional analytical thinking and communication skills, both verbal and written.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">U.S. residency for at least 3 of the past 5 years and the ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust clearance.</li> </ul> PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:  <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Knowledge of CMS Marketplace eligibility and appeals processes.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Familiarity with contact center operations and case management workflows</li> </ul> EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS: <ul> <li> Bachelor’s degree (or higher) *experience may be substituted for degree</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion">WHAT WE OFFER:  At Sparksoft, we know that people do their best work when they feel supported, inspired, and connected.
