Join us as our Business Analyst – Patient Engagement (m/f/d) at Dedalus, one of the World’s leading healthcare technology companies, in Trier or 100% Home Office in Germany to do the best work of your career and make a profound impact in providing better care for a healthier planet.
Your Tasks:
Analysis of business and product requirements, and derivation of actionable functional and non-functional requirements for development teams
Clarification of business and technical issues with development, architecture, and product management to ensure a shared understanding of the requirements
Identifying open issues, risks, and dependencies, and developing solution options to finalize product concepts
Documenting requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process descriptions, and business specifications
Coordinating and facilitating discussions on technical topics among product management, development teams, and other stakeholders to resolve cross-team dependencies
Evaluating new requirements in relation to existing processes, system landscapes, and product strategies to ensure a consistent overall solution
Participating in technical reviews, acceptance testing, and validation of the implementation against defined requirements and acceptance criteria
You bring in:
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in Requirements Engineering, Business Analysis, System Analysis or Software Development. Ideally in a role that bridges the gap between product, development, and technical systems
Strong technical understanding of software architecture and software development processes
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Experience with healthcare IT, hospital information systems, clinical processes or interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR or IHE is a strong advantage
Experience within the healthcare industry is highly desirable
English and German Languages skill in C1 Level, French is plus
