This role places you at the forefront of the next phase in our People & Culture (P&C) Operations journey, building on the successful implementation of Workday across Beca. You will help drive frontline operational insight and continuous service improvement of our HR systems and functions, translating queries into process and system fixes to evolve and deliver value to the business.
As a key link between P&C, and wider business stakeholders, youâll work within a crossâfunctional environment to deeply understand business needs and translate them into clear system and process solutions. With a strong analytical approach, youâll dig into the âso whatâ behind requirements, ensuring we design enhancements that align with best practice and effectively support how our people work.
Youâll play an important role in capturing decisions, documenting endâtoâend HR processes, and partnering closely with stakeholders to ensure changes are wellâdesigned and wellâgoverned.
A core part of the role is driving the successful delivery of process simplification, knowledge management and service improvement. Youâll lead requirements discovery and analysis, translate stakeholdersâ needs into clear, testable specifications, and support change adoption. Where needed, youâll also prepare concise training guidance to help users confidently adopt improvements.
This is a 12-month fixed-term role.

Youâre a business analyst with experience working with systems, and you bring the technical credibility to see the âbig pictureâ while translating complex processes into clear, practical detail. You enjoy turning complexity into simplicity, and you use your training capability to support user adoption and help unlock tangible value from our HR technology.

- Evidence of the use of AI in the day-to-day activities as a business analyst
