Job Description

ARHS Group, part of Accenture, is looking for a Business Analyst / Project Manager (m/f) to join one of our client teams onsite in Luxembourg within a European institutional environment.

You will contribute to the implementation of a digital platform supporting regulatory compliance processes and the consolidation of existing tools and manual workflows. Working closely with business users and technical partners, you will combine business analysis with day-to-day project coordination activities.

THE WORK:

Work closely with business users to clarify and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into clear user stories and communicate requirements to the solution integrator.
Support the alignment between business users and technical stakeholders throughout the project.
Contribute to testing activities and validation of the delivered solution.
Prepare materials and updates for Steering Committee (SteerCo) meetings.
Organize and facilitate regular project follow-up meetings.
Monitor and report project issues, progress, and key activities.
Support the implementation of digitalized and automated regulatory compliance processes.

Onsite at client site: This role requires an onsite presence with our clients and partners to support project delivery and strengthen collaboration.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Experience in Business Analysis and/or Project Management within IT projects.
Experience gathering and translating business requirements into user stories.
Experience working closely with business users and technical teams or solution integrators.
Experience supporting testing and project coordination activities.
Ability to prepare project reporting and contribute to Steering Committee meetings.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Fluency in English.
