This is an opportunity to own critical reporting, shape smarter processes, and deliver analytics that create real impact across the organization.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>YOUR MAIN TASKS:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own and manage Quality KPI reporting and analytics across multiple business functions.</li> <li>Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI.</li> <li>Extract, transform, and analyze data from SAP, databases, and other enterprise systems using SQL.</li> <li>Provide actionable insights, trend analysis, and recommendations to support business decision-making.</li> <li>Partner with stakeholders across Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT.</li> <li>Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across multiple systems and reporting platforms.</li> <li>Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to automate and enhance reporting processes.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>YOUR IDEAL BACKGROUND:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Master's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, combined with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.</li> <li>7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, or a related business analytics role.</li> <li>Advanced expertise in Tableau and Power BI, with a proven track record of designing and delivering executive-level dashboards and reports.</li> <li>Strong SQL and database management experience, including extracting, transforming, and analyzing large and complex datasets.</li> <li>Experience working with Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, or other operational KPI environments, translating data into actionable business insights.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with SAP data and processes, alongside strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.</li> <li>Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project delivery skills, with experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments; knowledge of Python, R, SAS, Databricks, or similar analytics tools is an advantage.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>#jobsEMEAEG</p></div></div></div><p><strong>ABOUT TE CONNECTIVITY<br></strong></p> <p>TE Connectivity plc (NYSE: TEL) is a global industrial technology leader creating a safer, sustainable, productive, and connected future.
