Business Analytics Lead Specialist - Onestream

In this role you will be responsible for Supporting xP&A and Market, BOM and AC VP SME with data analysis, acts as the Analytics Lead in between Business, OneStream solution teams, and IT, driving finance reporting and analytics initiatives.

Also you will owns and drives the Finance Analytics and Reporting roadmap for OneStream, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.

        Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:

• Support FP&A, Markets, BOM, and Finance teams with reporting, analytics, and ad-hoc data requests.

• Act as the key analytics liaison between Business, OneStream, IT, and Data teams.

• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPI reports, scorecards, and executive reporting solutions.

• Perform variance analysis (Actual vs Budget vs Forecast) and identify key business drivers and trends.

• Define and govern KPI standards, reporting definitions, and metric consistency across reporting platforms.

• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency across OneStream and related reporting solutions using PowerBI, Snowflake, Onestream and ERP data.

• Support month-end, forecast, and budgeting cycles with timely reporting and insights.

• Translate business requirements into scalable analytics and reporting solutions.

• Present insights and recommendations to Finance leadership to support decision-making.

• Drive reporting automation, self-service analytics, and continuous process improvements.

• Support data integration, validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution across enterprise systems.

• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and OneStream teams to enhance reporting capabilities and governance.

• Maintain reporting documentation, KPI definitions, and data governance standards.

• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and reporting quality requirements.

     If you have/are:

• Collected, cleaned, and analyzed large datasets using tools like Snowflake, SQL, Excel, SQL, and Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.

• Developed interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI/Tableau to visualize key performance indicators and trends.

• Experience working directly with Finance leadership, FP&A teams, Controllers, and executive stakeholders.

•  Business Analytics background with Power BI, SQL and modern data warehouse.

• Experience and working with Relational Databases, comfortable with managing large amounts of data and relational databases.

• Experience with OneStream Reporting, Cube Views, Dashboards, and Financial Reporting solutions.

• Knowledge of AI-enabled analytics and reporting automation is preferred.

• Nice to Have: Has programming background in any language (Python).
