Build and own the Process Intelligence roadmap for the team, aligned to Group Data Technology strategy, adoption and value realisation. Analyse enterprise transaction/event logs across the bank (not limited to financial transactions) to identify bottlenecks, conformance gaps and root causes. Support event log/data management standards (case ID/activity/timestamp/attributes), pipeline reliability (quality/timeliness/lineage) and data/privacy compliance. Build and maintain Celonis/ARIS dashboards for KPIs/SLAs, variants, bottleneck and conformance analysis, plus alerting/action management where applicable. Manage platform governance (configuration, access model, workspaces, licences) and maintain effective third-party vendor relationships. Process Intelligence experience is essential, with evidence of translating event log insights into measurable operational improvement. Hands-on experience using Celonis or ARIS (analyses, dashboards, data modelling) โ confident day-to-day tool usage required. Strong understanding of end-to-end processes and operational KPIs, with the ability to quantify value (cost, time, risk, control uplift). Experience working with large-scale operational datasets and event logs (case/activity/timestamp concepts). Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to influence and explain technical/process topics to senior stakeholders. Experience working in regulated environments with appropriate data controls and privacy considerations. Strong planning and execution capability, including leading delivery and driving change across multiple stakeholders. Experience managing third-party vendors and/or a SaaS-style platform (service management, resilience, governance). Being open to different points of view is important for our business and the communities we serve. At HSBC, we're dedicated to creating diverse and inclusive workplaces - no matter their gender, ethnicity, disability, religion, sexual orientation, socio-economic background or age.
