Role Overview


We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business & Data Analyst to support the Company's commercial and operational functions through business analysis, performance reporting, data management, process automation, and operational expense oversight.

Reporting directly to the Global Chief Financial Officer (Global CFO), the successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate calculation models, producing meaningful reports and dashboards, automating reporting processes, overseeing operational expenses for revenue-generating teams across the Company's global offices, and acting as a trusted point of contact for internal stakeholders. This role requires exceptional analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and the ability to transform complex data into actionable business insights.


Key Functions:


  • Administer and maintain business performance and remuneration calculation models in accordance with internal policies and approved frameworks.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for performance-related calculations, reporting, and analytical queries.
  • Collect, validate, reconcile, and analyze data from multiple internal systems and business sources.
  • Prepare recurring reports, dashboards, and business performance analyses for management.
  • Translate complex data into clear, meaningful, and actionable insights.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support informed business decisions.
  • Automate reporting and calculation processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
  • Oversee and monitor operational expenses for revenue-generating teams across the Company's global offices, ensuring accurate reporting, cost control, and compliance with internal policies.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, Commercial, Operations, Technology, and other internal departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and quality of all reporting and business data.
  • Support ad hoc reporting, analysis, and cross-functional business initiatives.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve reporting, automation, and operational processes.


Core Competencies and Required Background:


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in business analysis, financial analysis, reporting, data analytics, or a similar analytical role.
  • Experience within the online trading, fintech, or financial services industry will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and data modelling.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar Business Intelligence tools.
  • Working knowledge of SQL is considered an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
