Job Summary The Business Intelligence Analyst II is responsible for working with various business groups to effectively communicate requirements and work towards value-added solutions. The Business Intelligence Analyst II must be able to communicate effectively with business owners, users, and other professionals. Candidates must have a solid understanding of project management concepts, company products and services, and have the skills to execute the activities necessary to reach the project objectives. This role will serve as organizer, facilitator, analyst, and problem solver. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work and contribute to a team environment are essential, as are outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.  Key Responsibilities Collaborate cross-functionality with business owners, teams, and colleagues to identify documents, address project requirements, issues and risks, ensuring timely delivery of project deliverables, system enhancements, resolution for customer requests. Conduct analysis that identifies current business process, system inadequacies, departmental or user issues, business performance measures, revenue and marketplace analytics, or competitor analysis. Present ideas for process and systems improvement recommendations that assist the business in achieving its goals and objectives, while leveraging best practices and professional experiences. Acquire and maintain a deep understanding of CMS applications, customer needs, and various business units within Vitu. Communicate with leadership on impacts to changes in project scope while communicating impact to management and team. Ensure appropriate project or user documentation is produced/used. Manage individual workload and assist with defining and prioritizing tasks. Ability to work effectively on multiple assignments, activities, or projects. Ensures all analytical processes adhere to established business/department standards and protocols. Perform other duties as assigned or needed. Travel may be required.   Required Qualifications and Experience   Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as 5 years’ experience in a related field. Must have excellent analytical skills and the ability to actively resolve problems. Experience in delivering and designing presentations and training for individuals and larger audiences. Must have computer literacy (including Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and Smartsheet experience). Demonstrated experience of problem resolution, system analysis, and business literacy. Understand the necessity and the value of accuracy and attention to detail. Must have excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Must be highly organized and have strong time management skills. Must be assertive, confident, and able to work as an individual and as part of a team and strive to exceed customer expectations.   Preferred Qualifications   Bachelor’s degree preferred. 3+ years of experience in relevant functional areas strongly preferred. Exposure to multiple database technologies and reporting tools. Smartsheet work management software experience. Workforce Management or other business intelligence and data visualization tools. Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) in Excel experience. High proficiency at the conceptual and working level of automotive products and services. Workforce Management   Compensation    The salary range for this position is:  $25.00 - $26.50   Final compensation for this position will be determined based upon the applicant’s relevant experience, skillset, education, location, business needs, market demands, and other factors as permitted by law.      At Vitu, our engaged workforce is the key to our success.
