As our new Business Intelligence Developer, you'll play a key role in designing and delivering modern data solutions that transform complex information into meaningful business insights.  This is an exciting opportunity to work across enterprise-wide initiatives, modernising our data platform while leveraging technologies including Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Power BI, SQL and PySpark. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business functions to develop scalable reporting, analytics and data engineering solutions that enable better business decisions globally.  What You'll Do  As part of our Digital & Technology team, you will:  <ul> <li>Design, build and optimise scalable data warehouse and reporting solutions using modern Microsoft technologies.  </li> <li>Develop and maintain ETL pipelines, cloud-based data integrations and enterprise reporting platforms.  </li> <li>Create intuitive Power BI dashboards and data models that provide actionable business insights.  </li> <li>Improve data quality, performance and reliability across enterprise data platforms.  </li> <li>Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.  </li> <li>Contribute to Bradken's data modernisation initiatives, including AI-enabled analytics and next-generation data engineering capabilities.  </li> </ul> What We're Looking For  You are passionate about solving business problems through data and enjoy working in a collaborative environment where innovation is encouraged.  You'll ideally bring:  <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).  </li> <li>Experience developing Business Intelligence, Data Warehouse or Data Engineering solutions.  </li> <li>Strong SQL/T-SQL skills with experience designing dimensional data models.  </li> <li>Hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX and enterprise reporting.  </li> <li>Experience building ETL/data integration solutions using SSIS, Azure Data Factory or Microsoft Fabric.  </li> <li>Experience working with cloud data platforms and modern data engineering tools such as PySpark.  </li> <li>Experienced in developing and supporting business process automation solutions using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate </li> <li>Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.  </li> <li>Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub or CI/CD practices will be highly regarded. </li> </ul> Job Location: Coimbatore is preferred; however, we may consider a remote arrangement for the right candidate.  Why Join Bradken?  <ul> <li>Bradken supports mining customers with engineered wear solutions backed by global technical, manufacturing and product expertise. </li> <li>You will play a visible role in growing our Mineral Processing presence across the region, working closely with customers and contributing directly to commercial and operational outcomes. </li> <li>Bradken is committed to providing a safe, inclusive and collaborative workplace where people are encouraged to challenge existing thinking and develop better solutions. </li> </ul> We offer:  <ul> <li>Safety first environment and mindset   </li> <li>Flexible work options   </li> <li>Competitive Total Reward Packages including Sales Incentives </li> <li>EAP for you and your family  </li> </ul> How we hire:  About Our Screening Process: As we work with teams around the world, time‑zone differences can make live screening challenging.
