Reporting directly to the Head of Data Experience, WPP Enterprise Data Group, this is a high-impact role where you will design, develop, and maintain world-class business intelligence reports and dashboards used by senior stakeholders across WPP's global network. You will be a key bridge between complex data ecosystems and the people who rely on clear, actionable insights to make critical business decisions.  Dashboard Design & Development <ul> <li>Translate complex business requirements into intuitive, visually compelling BI dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights</li> <li>Create wireframes, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts aligned with stakeholder requirements, ensuring adherence to best practices, branding guidelines, and accessibility standards.</li> <li>Develop custom visuals where native BI functionality does not meet business needs</li> <li>Maintain quality control standards across your own and the team’s projects, ensuring deliverables meet benchmarks before being shared with stakeholders.</li> <li>Enable the successful introduction of AI/LLM tools by preparing and structuring data effectively, demonstrating a strong understanding of the overall data model, and providing clear guidance so end users can interact with it confidently.</li> </ul>   Data Modelling & Engineering Collaboration <ul> <li>Design robust, scalable data models that underpin reliable and performant reporting solutions</li> <li>Partner with the Engineering team to identify, ingest, and validate data sources required to meet reporting requirements</li> <li>Apply strong knowledge of ETL processes, data warehousing, and data modelling to ensure data integrity and consistency</li> <li>Leverage Power Query, Power Pivot, DAX, and the broader Power Platform to build efficient, maintainable solutions</li> </ul> Infrastructure, Security & Governance <ul> <li>Implement and maintain row-level security (RLS) and application-layer security models to ensure appropriate data access controls</li> <li>Manage and monitor scheduled data refreshes, proactively resolving issues to ensure dashboards always reflect the latest available data</li> <li>Maintain and continuously
