Business Intelligence Manager
SUMMARY
As a Business Intelligence Manager specializing in CCH Tagetik, you drive the design, implementation, and optimization of advanced financial planning, and reporting solutions, enabling high-quality, data-driven insights across the organization. You leverage deep expertise in CCH Tagetik data models, ETL processes, and reporting capabilities to ensure accurate, efficient, and scalable financial processes, while supporting strategic decision-making for Finance and FP&A stakeholders. You will also help drive further expansion of the Health Data Platform and support the development of Power BI based reporting. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you enhance system performance, strengthen data governance and controls, and lead continuous improvement initiatives, positioning CCH Tagetik as a critical platform for reliable financial intelligence and business performance management.
This is a hybrid role for our Chicago, New York City, Philadelphia, Boston, or Toronto office locations.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Business Intelligence Manager with a focus on CCH Tagetik, you will independently execute specialized tasks that drive high-quality financial and operational insights. You will play a key role in designing, optimizing, and maintaining CCH Tagetik and Health Data Platform/Power BI -based solutions for planning and reporting. Your expertise will support data-driven decision-making, enhance system performance, and foster continuous improvement of financial processes within the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, develop, and maintain CCH Tagetik applications, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting solutions.
Configure and optimize CCH Tagetik data models, cubes, and dimensions to support complex financial planning and analysis scenarios.
Develop and maintain ETL processes and data integration workflows, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across source systems.
Lead the creation and optimization of CCH Tagetik reports, dashboards, and disclosure outputs for management and statutory reporting.
Perform in-depth financial and operational data supporting strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, and IT teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
Manage and enhance system performance, including data loads, calculation logic, and process automation.
Conduct root cause analysis on data discrepancies and system issues, ensuring reliable outputs.
Drive data governance and controls within CCH Tagetik, including validation rules, workflow management, and audit trails.
Support system upgrades, releases, and continuous improvement initiatives related to CCH Tagetik platforms.
Provide guidance and training to stakeholders on CCH Tagetik functionalities and best practices.
Drive further expansion of the Health Data Platform and support the development of Power BI based reporting tools.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Bachelor’s degree in IT/Data Technology, Accounting or Finance; IT background preferred.
Experience
5+ years of related experience with CPM systems.
CCH Tagetik Expertise: strong hands-on experience configuring and managing Tagetik applications for planning and reporting.
Financial Processes Knowledge: deep understanding of FP&A and financial reporting concepts.
Understanding of database, data warehouse, Business Intelligence design & concepts, preferably in a Fabric environment
ETL & Data Integration: experience with data imports, transformation rules, and integration with ERP/source systems.
Experience creating Power BI datasets and dashboards.
Skills
Data Modeling: ability to design cubes, dimensions, and financial data structures.
Reporting & Disclosure: expertise in building reports and management dashboards
Data querying capabilities: development/writing/execution of queries
System Optimization: ability to improve performance, automate workflows, and enhance user experience.
Analytical Skills: strong capability to perform root cause analysis and derive actionable insights from financial data.
Stakeholder Management: ability to communicate complex financial and system concepts to business users.

Compensation:
$107,500.00 - $188,400.00 USDThis role is eligible for Bonus.
Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
