<p><strong>WHAT YOU WILL DO:</strong></p>
<p>The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst / Manager owns the IT Logistics dashboard portfolio and data infrastructure that support IT Logistics operations. The role manages the production dashboards used in Monthly and Quarterly Service Reviews and daily SLA performance decisions for EOS and client stakeholders, while leading the BI team toward a scalable, automated data architecture. It is accountable for team leadership, stakeholder communication, data governance, and the technical roadmap needed to reduce cost and improve operational efficiency across the logistics data ecosystem.</p>
<p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>
<p><strong>Team Leadership & Development</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide ongoing direction, training, and mentoring to Business Intelligence Analysts and Business Intelligence Support Analysts, ensuring the team stays current on relevant tools and best practices.</li>
<li>Align team output and priorities with the strategic objectives of Supply Chain operations.</li>
<li>Manage day-to-day operational activities of the dashboard portfolio through the GSD project management process.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Stakeholder Engagement & Communication</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Serve as primary point of contact between the BI team and client / EOS stakeholders, maintaining clear communication channels for issue escalation and resolution.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the IT Logistics team to identify areas where data analysis can drive measurable operational improvement.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Process Optimization & Risk Management</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead initiatives to optimize logistics processes — inventory management, order fulfillment, and procurement — to improve the accuracy of data inflow.</li>
<li>Analyze data to identify potential supply chain risks (delays, disruptions, compliance issues) and develop mitigation strategies to protect continuity of logistics operations.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Data Governance & Quality</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Implement data governance practices to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of IT Logistics data across all reporting outputs.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Data Architecture & Pipeline Oversight</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Design, build, and oversee scalable data pipelines that extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from source systems into centralized data stores, including Hive data warehouses.</li>
<li>Implement data quality checks, optimize pipeline performance, and automate processes to improve data reliability and efficiency.</li>
<li>Respond to pipeline incidents, lead root cause analysis, and plan proactively for future data needs and scalability.</li>
<li>Document data pipelines, data models, and system architecture in collaboration with the BI team for knowledge continuity.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.</li>
<li>5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or supply chain reporting, including direct client- or stakeholder-facing responsibility.</li>
<li>2+ years of experience leading or mentoring a team of analysts.</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency in Tableau and Excel for dashboard design and reporting.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of ETL pipeline design and data warehouse concepts (Hive or comparable platforms).</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience managing data governance, quality assurance, and compliance practices.</li>
<li>Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience supporting enterprise clients.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>DESIRABLE CRITERIA:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience supporting logistics, warehouse, or manufacturing execution systems (e.g., WMS, MES).</li>
<li>Prior experience leading a large-scale data or systems migration.</li>
<li>Familiarity with SQL and workflow automation tooling.</li>
</ul>
