We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of Finance Reporting solutions. The role combines financial understanding, data analytics, and reporting expertise to deliver actionable insights that support decision-making across local, regional, and global finance teams.

WHAT IS NEEDED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE?

•            Degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Management, Information Management, Statistics and Econometrics, Business Analytics, Data Analysis or similar

•            Minimum 2 years of experience

•            Strong conceptual and analytical skills

•            Power BI knowledge and experience (DAX language is a plus)

•            Good communication skills with perspective thinking

•            Project management experience

•            Knowledge of Agile Framework - Scrum methodology is a plus

•            Customer focus: quality and delivery timeliness is critical

•            Experience in Finance/Cost Controlling is a plus

•            Collaborative and customer focus-oriented attitude

•            Advanced level of English spoken and written

•            Customer satisfaction mindset: quality and timeliness of delivery

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

•            Delivering and maintaining Power BI Dashboards

•            Continuously interacting with various stakeholders in Markets, Regional and Central teams ensuring fruitful collaboration and customer satisfaction

•            Closely monitoring various projects delivery

•            Performing data analysis, data validation and data integration for financial systems

•            Support and influence key operational and strategic decisions with independent and data driven insights

•            Participate in identification areas for improvements, simplification, and standardization, being able to implement and influence new ways of working

•            Building collaboration network with IS system, data governance
