In this position, you will support the EEMEA commercial organization by identifying business needs, improving processes, enhancing digital tools and systems, and providing analytical insights that enable effective business decisions. Act as a bridge between commercial teams, Data Analytics, IT, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure business processes, data, and systems continuously evolve to meet organizational needs.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Partner with commercial teams and business stakeholders to understand commercial and operational challenges, identify improvement opportunities, and support ongoing business initiatives.

  • Partner closely with the Data Analytics team to support the development, enhancement, testing, and adoption of Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions. Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Salesforce, and other business systems.

  • Monitor data quality, investigate data discrepancies, and support data governance, data management, and data cleansing activities to ensure accuracy and integrity across commercial systems and reports.

  • Support the enhancement, testing, validation, and deployment of CRM and other commercial platforms, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and deliver value to end users.

  • Gather, document, and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for IT teams and system vendors.

  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), troubleshoot system issues, and perform root cause analysis to improve processes and system performance.

  • Document business processes, functional requirements, process maps, test scenarios, and training materials.

  • Support change management activities by preparing user documentation, delivering training, and driving adoption of new processes and tools.

  • Contribute to ad hoc special projects and continuous improvement initiatives that increase operational efficiency and commercial effectiveness.

What you’ll need (Required):

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Operations, Commercial Operations, Business Analysis, Sales Operations, or similar analytical/business support roles.

  • Strong analytical skills with working knowledge of Excel; experience with Power BI and an interest in supporting dashboard development and reporting solutions in partnership with Data Analytics teams.

  • Experience working in a complex, matrixed, and international business environment.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce) and strong interest in data analytics, business systems, digital tools, data quality, and data management.

  • Strong attention to detail while maintaining focus on business priorities and desired outcomes.

  • Ability to learn new technologies and systems quickly and effectively.

  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and organizational levels.

  • Proactive mindset, curiosity, and willingness to challenge existing ways of working to drive continuous improvement.
