This role combines Order Management, Customer Operations, Business Analytics, and Process Automation, with a primary focus on managing SLA-based customer orders and contracts within the SAP environment while providing data-driven insights through Power BI reporting and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in Order Management, SAP/SAP Fiori, Power BI, and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes, along with a passion for improving customer experience and operational efficiency.
