Business QA Analyst [m/f/d]
Job Description
OVERVIEW
We are looking for a motivated Business QA Analyst with a strong focus on test automation and AI-driven quality assurance for our sports betting products. As a QA Analyst, you will be part of an international team responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.
In addition to traditional testing, you will play a key role in building and maintaining automated test solutions and leveraging AI tools to increase efficiency, coverage, and defect detection. You will also contribute to planning and documenting QA activities, including defining and executing test strategies across various projects in an agile environment.

THE CHALLENGE
- Collaborate closely with development, product, and management teams across multiple locations worldwide on development of our sports betting platforms
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for functional, regression, and cross-browser testing
- Leverage AI-powered tools to generate test cases, analyze results, detect anomalies, and improve test coverage and efficiency
- Manage defect tracking from identification through replication, documentation, and regression testing
- Continuously improve QA processes by introducing automation and AI-driven approaches
- Support test planning and documentation while driving the shift toward more automated and intelligent testing practices
Tools you will be working with:
Swagger, TestRail, Jira, Confluence, plus AI-assisted testing platforms and tools.
YOUR PROFILE
- Strong interest in and passion for Sports and e-Sports will be an advantage
- Solid experience in a QA role with a strong focus on behaviour driven development and automation
- Hands-on experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar)
- Experience or strong interest in using AI tools to support testing activities (test generation, result analysis, defect prediction, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and experience working in cross-functional, international teams
- Ambitious, proactive, and ready to deliver results
- Excellent attention to detail combined with creative problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong team player with a continuous improvement mindset
Considered a Plus:
- Experience in the sports betting industry
- Experience with agile methodologies
- ISTQB or other relevant QA certifications
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests
- Knowledge of scripting/programming languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript)
Additional Information
The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.
