This role focuses on translating complex consumer lending, servicing, and risk management operations into structured data requirements for the technical team.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner directly with operational business leads to audit data integration flows, identify functional gaps, and define data requirements for core operations.</li> <li>Apply deep domain knowledge in financial services—specifically consumer lending and loan servicing lifecycles—to translate operational and risk concepts into technical specifications.</li> <li>Facilitate alignment across business units, PMO, and technical teams to maintain clarity on product scope and feature prioritization.</li> <li>Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and data validation rules to guide data engineering teams through development cycles.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you’ll need:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years as a Product Owner or Lead Business Systems Analyst in financial data environments.</li> <li>Core domain experience in Consumer Lending, Loan Servicing, or Credit Risk platforms.</li> <li>Proven ability to analyze complex data flows, system integrations, and business process mapping.</li> </ul>
