Business System Analyst

Job Description: This person contributes of the investigation of user requirements/change request information and the business needs. Work with his team lead/project manager and sponsor in the development of business cases Analysis requirement/change request for implementing and also an issue happen for recovering. Provide a document from requirement gathering and analysing e.g. Business Requirement Specification (BRS), Functional Specification (FS), Technical Document or a specific template. Create user stories with proper acceptance criteria. Draw an understandable workflow/diagram/flowchart/data mapping/API to present an as-is (current) process and a to-be process. Contribute to the translation of business requirements into technical solution options. Contribute to the development of functional specifications which meet the client’s needs. Work with the business in the development of User Acceptance test cases. Undertake SIT/UAT testing to ensure core system, peripheral system and local system are meet specifications and assist in the resolution of identified problems. Lead and guide the user acceptance testing according to the testing plan to ensure the deliverables meet the business needs and assist in the resolution of identified problems. Provide detail information of the testing to minimize turnaround times of reviewing and the unforeseen issuesใ Communicate the feedback/pain points to any audience for understanding. Response and communicate the progress of assigned tasks and deliverables for the assigned project Support the warranty period if needed for the assigned project and contribute to providing problem resolution. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Engoneering or any related field. 2 - 3 years as a Business Analyst, System Analyst or IT Job-related.
