The analyst will partner with business teams to gather requirements, document processes, coordinate testing activities, and support the implementation of solutions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot, and other intelligent automation technologies.   The ideal candidate is naturally curious, process-oriented, and excited about leveraging technology, automation, and AI to solve business problems and improve user experiences.   Key Responsibilities (35% Plan, 30% Build, 35% Run): Plan <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement, workflow automation, and operational efficiency.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Gather, document, and analyze business requirements, user stories, process maps, and functional specifications.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to understand current-state and future-state business processes.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Design and support AI-assisted business solutions leveraging Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and approved generative AI technologies. (CoPilot, OpenAI, Codex, Claude.ai etc.).</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Participate in AI use-case discovery, business readiness assessments, and process optimization initiatives.</li> </ul>   Build <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Configure and support low-code/no-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio / Codex.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Assist with development, testing, and deployment of workflow automation solutions.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Create and maintain business process documentation, test scripts, training materials, and solution documentation.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Support user acceptance testing, defect management, and solution validation activities.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Utilize approved AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Codex, Claude.ai to improve analysis, documentation, testing, and business process design activities.</li> </ul>   Run <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Support enterprise applications and automation solutions through issue triage, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement activities.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Monitor Power Platform solutions and automation workflows to ensure reliability and business value.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Deliver user training and support adoption of new technologies and business processes.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Participate in post-go-live support, business adoption reviews, and continuous process improvement initiatives.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Collaborate with business users and IT teams to identify additional automation and AI opportunities.</li> </ul>   Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, process flows, functional specifications, user stories, and test scenarios.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, business process improvements, and application support activities.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Demonstrates curiosity and a passion for learning emerging technologies.
