Your Impact:
The Oracle Fusion Solution Analyst for Supply Chain & Manufacturing is responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modulesâspecifically Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, and Costing. This role partners with business customers, architects, and technical teams to deliver scalable, highâquality solutions that support global supply chain operations, manufacturing processes, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Configuration
- Translate business requirements into functional designs across Fusion SCM modules.
- Configure Oracle Fusion setups for Inventory, Manufacturing, Work Definitions, Cost Management, OM, Procurement, and Planning.
- Participate in the design endâtoâend flows: OrderâtoâCash, procureâtoâPay, PlanâtoâProduce, and CostâtoâReport.
Business Process Optimization
- Analyze current supply chain and manufacturing processes; identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Recommend bestâpractice configurations aligned with Oracle Cloud capabilities.
Implementation & Enhancements
- Lead module configurations, testing cycles (SIT/UAT), and production deployments.
- Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updatesâimpact analysis, regression testing, and rollout.
CrossâFunctional Collaboration
- Work closely with manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, procurement, finance, and IT teams.
- Collaborate with technical developers for integrations, extensions, and reports.
Production Support
- Solve functional issues, perform rootâcause analysis, and drive resolution.
- Handle service requests (SRs) with Oracle Support and ensure timely closure.
Documentation & Governance
- Develop User stories, acceptance criteria and test scenarios
- Develop functional design documents (FDDs), configuration workbooks, test scripts, and SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with IT controls, audit requirements, and change management processes.
Data & Reporting
- Support data migration activitiesâtemplates, validation, reconciliation.
- Work with BI teams to define OTBI, BIP, and dashboards for SCM and manufacturing KPIs.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education - Bachelors + 5 years of related experience, or Masters +2 years of related experience
Core Functional Expertise
- 5â7 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM or EâBusiness Suite SCM.
- Configuration experience in Manufacturing and Supply chain modules
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes: discrete, process, work definitions, routings, resources, costing.
Technical & Integration Skills
- Ability to write functional specifications for:
- REST/SOAP integrations
- BIP/OTBI reports
- FBDI templates
- Integration error handling and troubleshooting
- Redwood UI and security/privilege concepts
Business & Analytical Skills
- Strong process mapping skills (Visio, Lucidchart).
- Ability to translate business difficulties into system solutions.
- Experience with global supply chain operations, multiâorg setups, and master data governance.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Soft Skills
- Good communication and customer management.
- Strong documentation.
- Ability to work in fastâpaced, multiâproject environments.
- Problemâsolving attitude with ownership and accountability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Planning, Quality, Maintenance, or IoT modules
- Exposure in manufacturing industries (highâtech, automotive, industrial, consumer goods)
- Understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture, security roles, workflows, and approval rules
- Exposure to multiâcloud integrations (OCI/AWS)
- Understanding of B2B/A2A integrations (OIC, EDI, B2B gateways, WMS ERP integrations)
- Experience with Project Management tools like Jira, Monday.com and Smartsheet.
- Familiarity with AI-Enabled Efficiency and Planning Tools.
