This role focuses on carrier sourcing, supplier development, market analysis, and cost optimization to build a competitive carrier network while supporting business growth and operational excellence. What the Candidate Will Do <ul> <li>Support carrier sourcing initiatives and bidding events.</li> <li>Identify, onboard, and develop new carrier partners.</li> <li>Analyze transportation market trends, capacity, and pricing to support procurement decisions.</li> <li>Negotiate transportation rates and support contract execution.</li> <li>Identify cost-saving opportunities and support network optimization initiatives.</li> <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with carrier partners.</li> <li>Monitor carrier performance and support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).</li> <li>Partner with Operations, Capacity, Pricing, and Sales to support customer opportunities and carrier strategies.</li> <li>Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and market intelligence.</li> </ul> Basic Qualifications <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.</li> <li>1–2 years of experience in Procurement, Transportation, Logistics, or Supply Chain.</li> <li>Strong analytical, problem-solving & attention to detail skills.</li> <li>Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.</li> <li>Advanced English (written and verbal).</li> <li>Strong communication and organizational skills.</li> </ul> Preferred Qualifications <ul> <li>Experience in Transportation Procurement or Carrier Management.</li> <li>Knowledge of transportation market trends and strategic sourcing.</li> <li>Experience with Tableau, dashboards, and reporting tools.</li> <li>Experience working with TMS platforms.</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.</li> <li>Results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.</li> <li>Willingness to travel to the U.S. as business needs require.</li> </ul>   About Uber Freight  Uber Freight helps companies move goods more reliably and efficiently.
