This role helps ensure stakeholders can easily understand available products and services, appropriate use cases, and how to adopt and apply them effectively.<br> </p> <p><strong>What will you do?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Maintain the catalog of AI Enablement products, services, tools, and resources using repositories in Gitlab and Sharepoint.</li> <li>Document offerings in a clear and consistent format, including use cases, intended audiences, and access pathways.</li> <li>Develop and update playbooks, job aids, templates, and supporting guidance materials.</li> <li>Organize information to improve usability, findability, and consistency across materials.</li> <li>Partner with product, program, and business stakeholders to keep content current and aligned with evolving needs.</li> <li>Gather feedback on content effectiveness and recommend improvements.</li> <li>Support launch and adoption activities through documentation and enablement content.</li> <li>Help standardize content management practices, templates, and documentation conventions.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What do you need to have?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelors degree.</li> <li>5+ years of experience in documentation, knowledge management, internal enablement, content operations, or related work</li> <li>Experience with Gitlab, CoPilot Studio, Agent Management</li> <li>Ability to translate complex concepts into practical, user-friendly materials</li> <li>Fluent English</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What we offer?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Great benefits above law</li> <li>Growing environment that supports learning</li> <li>Equal opportunity employee</li> </ul> </div> </div><p>Corning is committed to providing equal employment opportunities and considers requests for reasonable accommodations in accordance with applicable laws.
